The Founder
Founded in 1981 by Mr. Agustin Leong, Don Tim Development Corporation (DTDC) was built around the belief that every Filipino family deserves a better life. This vision drove the company in the 1980s to build the first-ever residential community in Tagaytay — Monte Vista — and continues to inspire us today as we create more communities in Cavite’s most ideal locations.
Under the leadership of Don Tim’s son, Agustin Leong Jr., the company expanded during the property boom, acquiring more land and consolidating resources to strengthen its venture into residential development.
